Headed to Palm Springs for dinner with family, my son & his new girlfriend who is headed to Berkeley!
They just won Prom King & Queen too so we’re celebrating.👑👑
It’s really hot today at 106 so waiting until it drops to 99…PHEW🫠🫠🫠

Over 10 bucks at some places in LA but I’m in southern Cal. so only 5.80 at Costco.
Ended up going to Little Italy in San Diego instead of Palm Springs as it was too hot.

There’s never been an authentic non etf shorting system ever created on SF. not 1.
Go do a search. We’re talking 5 dollars and up not gimmicky penny crap.

Just listed another property for 3.3m, Asking higher than it’s worth but I’ll be happy with an offer of 2.8.
Packing soon for our trip to Mykonos and Santorini. 24 days of Sun and fun on the Islands.

I try to get the best value so we go to Costco.
I have 4 people in my home driving 4 cars, if I could save 7k I will.
3 kids and I’m putting 2 more through college, that’s 600k.
I grew up middle class so it’s ingrained.
Did I really talk about gas prices, I think Mac asked me how much gas was In California.
I went to a winery yesterday and blew 190 bucks and it bugged me.
